In the Doubles (x2) mode,you need to clear the pokers by selecting 2 adjacent cards (horizontally, vertically or diagonally) and it should be a same pair (two Kings, to Sixes).
In the 13 mode they should add up to 13. A count as 1, J - 11, Q - 12. Kings count as 13 and can be removed on their own. All other cards count at their face value.
